2. Tour Bookings

All tour bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after we send you a confirmation email and receive the required payment or deposit.

• Bookings are confirmed upon payment confirmation
• Full payment is required 24 hours before tour date
• Prices may change due to seasonal demand or external factors

3. Cancellation Policy

• 24+ hours: Full refund minus processing fee
• 12-24 hours: 50% refund
• Less than 12 hours: No refund
• Weather cancellation: Full refund or reschedule

4. Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, arriving on time for tours, and following safety instructions.
